Welcome to Software Aurora (the "Site"), operated by Software Aurora LTD ("we", "us", or "our").

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Site and your purchase of products from us. By placing an order through the Site, you agree to these Terms together with the policies referenced in them.

Please read these Terms before placing an order. If you do not agree with them, you should not use the Site or purchase products from us.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will apply from the date the revised Terms are published. Changes will not retrospectively alter the terms applicable to an order that has already been accepted unless required by law.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or otherwise have the legal capacity required in your jurisdiction, to place an order through the Site.

Subject to applicable law, payment availability, and any product-specific restrictions disclosed before purchase, customers may place orders from locations worldwide.

You are responsible for ensuring that your purchase and use of a product is lawful in your jurisdiction.

Any material compatibility, activation, language, edition, device, duration, or other product-specific requirements will be stated on the relevant product page where applicable.

2. Customer Accounts

You may be able to purchase products as a guest or through a customer account, depending on the functionality available on the Site.

If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate and current information and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account unless that activity results from circumstances for which you are not responsible.

If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact us promptly at support@softwareaurora.com.

3. Orders and Contract Formation

By submitting an order, you are offering to purchase the selected product at the price and on the terms displayed at checkout.

Receipt of an order does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it. We may carry out payment, fraud-prevention, security, or other reasonable verification checks before accepting an order.

A contract between you and us is formed when we accept your order and make the purchased digital product available to you or otherwise confirm acceptance of your order.

We may decline or cancel an order before acceptance where reasonably necessary, including where payment cannot be processed, an order is identified as potentially fraudulent, a product is unavailable, information supplied during checkout is materially incorrect, or an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred.

If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully collected and you are entitled to a refund, the appropriate amount will be returned to the original payment method.

4. Prices, Taxes and Payment

Product prices are displayed on the Site in the currency indicated on the relevant product page or at checkout.

The total amount payable, including any applicable taxes or other mandatory charges collected by us, will be displayed before you submit your order.

Prices may change at any time, but a price change will not affect an order that we have already accepted.

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.

Payments are processed through Stripe or another payment method displayed at checkout. Payment processing may also involve your bank, card issuer, or other payment-service providers. Payment information is handled in accordance with the applicable payment provider's services and our Privacy Policy.

You authorize the applicable payment provider to process the amount displayed at checkout when you place your order.

5. Digital Delivery

All products sold through the Site are delivered electronically. We do not ship physical products.

After your payment has been successfully processed and the order accepted, your licence key or other purchased digital product will be made available electronically. Where applicable, the licence key may be displayed on the order-confirmation or checkout-completion page and will also be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Delivery may be delayed where a payment remains pending, additional security verification is reasonably required, or a technical issue affects delivery.

You are responsible for providing a valid and accessible email address during checkout. You should also check your spam, junk, promotions, or similar email folders if you do not initially see the delivery email.

If you experience a problem receiving your order, please contact us at support@softwareaurora.com.

Additional information is available in our Shipping Policy..

6. Software License Keys and Product Use

The products offered through the Site are digital software license keys or other digital software-related products as described on the relevant product page.

license type, permitted number of devices or activations, edition, platform, duration, compatibility, and any other material product-specific conditions will be stated on the applicable product page where relevant.

You are responsible for reviewing those requirements before completing your purchase.

Software obtained using a license key remains subject to the applicable software publisher's license terms and conditions.

You must not use, reproduce, resell, distribute, share, transfer, or otherwise exploit a license key or software in a way that violates applicable law, these Terms, or the software publisher's applicable license terms.

7. Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Rights

Our Returns & Refund Policy explains the circumstances in which refunds, replacements, cancellations, or other remedies may be available.

Because our products are digital, they cannot be physically returned in the same manner as physical goods.

Any eligibility conditions, applicable refund periods, exclusions, replacement procedures, and other requirements are set out in the Returns & Refund Policy. That policy forms part of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms or our Returns & Refund Policy limits any mandatory rights or remedies that you have under applicable consumer law.

7.1 UK and EEA Digital-Content Cancellation Rights

Where applicable law provides a cancellation or withdrawal period for digital content, special rules may apply where you request that supply of the digital content begins before that period expires.

Where required by law, before supplying digital content immediately, we will ask you to expressly consent to supply beginning during the applicable cancellation period and to acknowledge that you may lose your statutory right to cancel once supply of the digital content begins.

Where those legal requirements have been satisfied and supply has begun, your statutory right to cancel merely because you have changed your mind may no longer apply.

This does not affect any statutory rights or remedies you may have where digital content is faulty, not as described, or otherwise does not conform to applicable legal requirements.

8. Product Information and Compatibility

We aim to ensure that product descriptions, prices, compatibility information, license details, and other material information displayed on the Site are accurate and current.

Minor differences in presentation that do not materially affect the product may occur.

Before purchasing, you should review the applicable product page to confirm that the product is suitable for your intended device, operating system, edition, and intended use.

If we discover a material error in product information after an order is placed, we will take reasonable steps to inform you and, where appropriate, provide an available remedy in accordance with applicable law and our Returns & Refund Policy.

9. Reviews and User Submissions

Where the Site allows customers to submit product reviews or other content, you agree that any content you submit will be based on your genuine experience and will not knowingly contain false, misleading, unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate material.

By voluntarily submitting content for publication on the Site, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and reproduce that content for the purposes of operating and promoting the Site, subject to applicable law.

We may moderate or remove content that violates these Terms, applicable law, or our reasonable content standards.

10. Acceptable Use

You must not use the Site unlawfully or fraudulently; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, customer accounts, systems, servers, or networks; introduce malicious software or otherwise interfere with operation of the Site; circumvent security or authentication measures; submit knowingly false or fraudulent information; or use products purchased from us in a manner that violates applicable law or the applicable publisher's license terms.

We may take reasonable steps to protect the Site, our customers, and our business where misuse or suspected unlawful activity is identified.

12. Website Availability

We take reasonable steps to keep the Site available and functioning correctly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

Access may occasionally be interrupted because of maintenance, security issues, updates, technical faults, circumstances outside our reasonable control, or other operational requirements.

Nothing in this section excludes any obligation or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Consumer Rights

If you purchase as a consumer, nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or overrides any mandatory consumer rights available to you under applicable law.

For UK consumers, digital content is subject to applicable statutory protections under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including requirements relating to satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose where applicable, and conformity with description.

Available statutory remedies depend on the circumstances and are not replaced by any voluntary refund, replacement, or support policy that we may provide.

14. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or other liability that cannot legally be excluded.

If you are a consumer, we are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill where applicable. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable.

Where products are purchased for personal use, we are not responsible for business losses such as loss of profits, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Nothing in this section affects your mandatory statutory rights.

15. Customer Data and Software Use

You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of important files and information before installing, activating, modifying, or using software.

We are not the software publisher unless expressly stated otherwise on a product page.

We are not responsible for data loss resulting solely from your own actions, your device, third-party software, malware, unauthorized modifications, or circumstances outside our reasonable control, to the extent permitted by law.

Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

16. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or restrict access to an account or the Site where reasonably necessary because of a material breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, security concerns, unlawful activity, abuse of the Site, or a legal or regulatory requirement.

Where reasonably possible, we will limit any action to what is necessary in the circumstances.

Suspension or termination of an account does not remove any rights or obligations relating to orders already completed and does not affect statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You may stop using the Site at any time.

The Site also uses cookies and similar technologies as described in our Cookie Notice.

Please review those policies for information about the personal information we collect, why we use it, the service providers involved, and the rights that may be available to you.

18. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and contracts formed under them are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections that apply under the law of your country or place of residence where those protections cannot lawfully be excluded by contract.

The courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction over disputes relating to these Terms, subject to any mandatory right you may have to bring proceedings in another competent court.

If a problem occurs, we encourage you to contact us first at [support email] so that we can attempt to resolve the matter.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from exercising a legal right or remedy available under applicable law.

19. General Terms

Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Returns & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Cookie Notice, and any product-specific terms disclosed before purchase, form the agreement between you and us in relation to purchases made through the Site.

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

No Waiver. If we do not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, this does not mean that we waive our right to enforce it later.

Transfer. We may transfer our rights or obligations under these Terms where permitted by law and where doing so does not reduce your statutory rights. You may transfer your rights where applicable law permits you to do so.

Third-Party Rights. Except where expressly provided otherwise, these Terms do not give any third party a right to enforce them.
